Secretary to General Manager
- To provide office administrative and secretarial support.
- To take minutes at meetings and circulation of minutes to relevant members concerned.
- To draft business correspondences as and when required.
- Filing of all internal and external correspondences, reports and documents and maintaining proper filing system.
- To arrange and schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Daily updates of General Manager Planner and Schedule.
- Perform task as required by the General Manager from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent from
recognize higher level institutions with at least 2 years experience in related fields.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess good communication with different level of staff and good interpersonal skill
- Customer service oriented with pleasant personality
- Excellent with both written and spoken English and Bahasa
- Must be computer literate secretarial
- Full-time position(s) available.

Business Development Clerk
Responsibilities:
· To assist in business development and marketing area.
· To assist immediate superior updating market research and financial analysis on the automotive industry.
· To assist in preparation and compilation of documents, reports and presentation slides.
· To carry out selected administrations jobs and follow up.
· To prepare all necessary documents as directed.
· Perform task as required by the Superior from time to time
Requirements:
· Minimum SPM/”O” Level or Professional Certificate, any field.
· Candidates with Diploma are added advantage.
· With at least 2 years working experience in related fields.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point)
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
· Applicants must be willing to travel.
